Delete your account — Mythical Battle

Developer: Thorsanvil Studio (KBO BE1042153251). This page explains how to delete your Mythical Battle account and the data associated with it, as required by the Google Play User Data policy.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Sign in and open the MENU on the home screen.
2. Tap ACCOUNT, then DELETE ACCOUNT.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. You are signed out and the account is scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

Send an email to mythicalbattlecs@gmail.com from the Google/e-mail address you signed in with, with the subject “Mythical Battle account deletion”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before proceeding, and we will schedule the deletion in the same way as the in-app flow.

Grace period

To protect you against accidental deletion, the account is permanently deleted 30 days after the request. During those 30 days you can sign in and tap RESTORE ACCOUNT to cancel the deletion. Signing in without tapping RESTORE does not cancel it. After the 30 days the deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account (Google sign-in / e-mail login) and the e-mail address linked to it.
• All characters on the account: names, level and progress, stats, gold, diamonds, resources, items, weapons, gear, pets, skins, mines, energy, daily/ad reward state, battle-effect scrolls.
• Your clan membership (leadership is handed over to another member; a clan you are the only member of is deleted), your friends list, friend requests, blocks, clan invites, notifications and private message threads with friends.
• Any pending arena, war or boss battle data belonging to your characters.

What is kept

• Abuse reports filed by or about your characters, for security and fraud prevention.
• Historical clan war and clan chat records that other players took part in. These keep only the character display name shown at the time and no account identifier.
• Advertising data handled by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy; it is not linked to your game account.
