Terms of Service — Mythical Battle

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Mythical Battle (the "game") is developed and published by Thorsanvil Studio (Laurens Rasschaert, Belgium, KBO BE1042153251) ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the game on Android and iOS. By creating an account or playing you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and is part of these terms.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for online services in your country, if higher) to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and is responsible for any purchases made on their account.

3. Your account

• One account per person; up to ten characters per account. Keep your sign-in details private — you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Character and clan names must not be offensive, misleading (for example impersonating staff) or infringe anyone's rights. We may rename them.
• You can delete your account at any time in the game (MENU → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT) or via our account deletion page. Deletion becomes final after a 30-day grace period.

4. Virtual items and currencies

Gold, diamonds, resources, crystals, event tokens, items, weapons, gear, pets, skins, passes and every other in-game item are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use those features inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred outside the game except through features we provide. We may change, rebalance, add or remove virtual items and game rules at any time to keep the game fair and fun; such changes are not a defect and give no right to a refund.

5. Purchases and refunds

• In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. The store charges you, handles payment details and issues refunds under its own refund policy. We never see your card or bank details.
• Prices are shown in the store before you confirm. Passes with a fixed duration (for example a monthly pass) do not renew automatically unless the store listing says so.
• Once a purchase has been delivered to your character it is used up in the game and, except where the law or the store's policy requires otherwise, is not refundable. If a purchase was charged but not delivered, contact us with the order number and we will deliver it.
• Deleting your account or being banned forfeits all virtual items and purchases without refund.

6. Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice; rewards are granted by our servers after the ad network confirms the view. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you choose your ad consent on first launch and can change it under MENU → ACCOUNT → PRIVACY OPTIONS.

7. Fair play

You may not: use cheats, bots, scripts, modified clients, exploits or bugs to gain an advantage; attack, overload or reverse-engineer our servers; sell, buy or share accounts; farm rewards with multiple accounts or characters in a way the game does not intend; or help others do any of this. Game outcomes, rewards and balances are decided by our servers; our records are final.

8. Chat, names and other content you create

• Clan chat, private messages, names and descriptions are visible to other players. Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, personal data of others, or anything illegal.
• You can block and report other players in the game. We review reports and may warn, mute, rename, suspend or ban accounts. Moderation records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You keep the rights to what you write, and give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and moderate it as needed to run the game.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity, and may freeze an account while we investigate. You may stop playing at any time. We may stop offering the game altogether with reasonable notice where possible; in that case no refunds are owed for virtual items.

10. Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it: maintenance, outages, updates and app-store availability can interrupt play. We may require you to install an update to keep playing. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and significant changes are announced in the game or the store listing. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of virtual items or progress, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Intellectual property

The game, its art, characters, names, code and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them except as the game allows (for example screenshots and videos for personal, non-commercial sharing).

13. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts of Belgium unless the law gives you the right to sue where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
